Label Cloud displays the labels/categories of your blog as 'clouds' to your blog readers (as shown the above image).
In label clouds, the more popular labels appear in a bigger font than the less popular labels. To add Label Cloud to your blogger blog, go to Layout page - click Add a Gadget - then select Labels and customize it according to your likes!
